Terms And Confition

1. Rental Period 1.1. The rental period begins on the date of equipment pickup or delivery and ends on the specified return date, in accordance with California rental regulations.

2. Responsibility 1.2. The Renter ("Customer") assumes full responsibility for the Equipment during the rental period, including proper use, handling, and safekeeping, in compliance with California consumer protection laws.

3. Rental on Public Property 1.3. Renting Equipment on public property is allowed only if the Customer provides the necessary permits and permissions, in line with local regulations. MJClubz LLC is not responsible for obtaining these permits but advises compliance with local laws.

4. Liability and Damages 2.1. Liability for Damages and Loss: MJClubz LLC reserves the right to assess any damage or loss to the Equipment during the rental period. Damages, as determined by MJClubz LLC, may result in the Customer's deposit being withheld and possible additional charges for repair or replacement costs, in accordance with California consumer protection laws.

   2.2. Weather-Based Events and Power Outages: MJClubz LLC is not liable for issues caused by weather events (such as heat, rain, lightning, strong winds) or power outages. Refunds in these cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

   2.3. DJ Liability: MJClubz LLC is not responsible for any problems arising from a DJ's use of the inflatable nightclub and related equipment, following relevant legal provisions.

   2.4. Power Board and Extension Cord Usage: The use of MJClubz LLC's power boards and extension cords is strictly limited to avoid overloading outlets and must comply with electrical safety standards outlined by California regulations.

5. Liability for Injury, Loss, or Damage 3.1. Liability: MJClubz LLC is not liable for injury, damage, loss, or inconvenience resulting from Equipment use or malfunction. The Customer assumes all associated risks, in line with California liability laws.

   3.2. Damage Liability: The Customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the Equipment during the rental period. MJClubz LLC will assess repair or replacement costs, and the Customer agrees to pay the specified amount within 14 days of notification, in compliance with contractual and legal obligations.

6. Equipment Use 4.1. Proper Use: The Customer agrees to use the Equipment for its intended purpose and follow all provided instructions or guidelines, as required by product safety regulations and consumer protection laws.

   4.2. Safety: The Customer must use the Equipment safely and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including California safety standards.

7. Rental Fees and Payment 5.1. Rental Fees: The Customer agrees to prepay the specified rental fees as outlined in the rental agreement, adhering to pricing transparency regulations.

   5.2. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required and will be refunded upon satisfactory return of undamaged Equipment, in line with California consumer protection laws.

8. Reservation and Cancellation 6.1. Reservation: Equipment reservations depend on availability and should be made in advance to secure the desired Equipment for the rental period, in accordance with fair trading practices.

   6.2. Cancellation: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the rental start date may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of MJClubz LLC, with a possible cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before the rental start date will incur a cancellation fee determined by MJClubz LLC. Cancellations made within 14 days of the rental start date will also incur a cancellation fee. All determinations will follow California consumer protection regulations.

9. Refund Policy 7.1. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be at the discretion of MJClubz LLC, ensuring fairness and transparency in line with California consumer protection laws. All rentals are subject to a cancellation fee as determined by MJClubz LLC.

10. Cancellation by MJClubz LLC 8.1. MJClubz LLC reserves the right to cancel the rental agreement at any time, including due to adverse weather conditions, power outages, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be granted at the discretion of MJClubz LLC, in accordance with fair business practices and California consumer protection laws.

11. Governing Law 9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of California courts, ensuring legal clarity and compliance.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions 10.1. MJClubz LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and the Rental Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be available on the MJClubz LLC website, and it is the Customer's responsibility to review them periodically, in compliance with consumer protection laws.

By proceeding with your Equipment rental, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the Rental Agreement in their entirety. A deposit is required, and bond refunds are subject to our determination. MJClubz LLC may cancel at any time, including due to bad weather, with no guaranteed refunds. Your payment implies acceptance of these terms in accordance with California consumer protection laws.
