Deposit Refund Eligibility: Deposits are only refundable if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled reservation date.
Cancellations Within 7 Days: If you cancel less than 7 days before your event, the deposit is non-refundable as we reserve the date and resources for you.
How to Request a Refund: To cancel and request a refund, please contact us at inflateablenightclub@gmail.com with your reservation details. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
